Natali Reyes was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. He is the 13th of 15 siblings. Natali moved to the United States in 1969. He is the father of three children who have all given him many grandchildren. He attended Mundelein College in Chicago, Illinois from 1975 to 1982 and was ordained Permanent Deacon of the Catholic Diocese in Chicago. He has worked for the community for many years through his work with the church. He is now working as a Spanish-English interpreter but continues to be involved with the community. He is the President of the Activities Committee for St. Michaels Church and Ministry Coordinator for the Monroe County Holding Center. Natali has been part of the Puerto Rican Festival for the past six years; first as a volunteer and now as a Board Member for which he serves as a Vendor Coordinator.
